|| Weekly Scheduled Maintenance - every Tuesday from 10 PM to 12 AM CST.
During the maintenance time, DVO is
- Offline and
- Orders transmitted from handheld units will not be visible on the DVO Web site and
- Orders will not be transmitted to any vendors
until the maintenance is complete.

If you are seeing any failed transmissions on DVO credits with '-1' under Protocol, it indicates this vendor is not set up properly. Please contact your region with a reference to DVO Credit SETUP.

All regions should login using your Active Directory username and Active Directory password.
Failure to do so will result in your Active Directory account being locked out after three login attempts.

When the PO transport communication method is switched for a Vendor, it will be required to verify/provide current information for the protocol being selected. Please be aware that prior Purchase Order Transmission parameters will not be retained after any change, even if the original transport method is subsequently re-selected.
